Nuestra mayor prioridad es la Biblia, nos centramos en el estudio serio de la exposición de las Escrituras para poder prepara obreros efectivos para la obra de Dios/ Nuestro enfoque es Cristo Jesús y lo vemos manifestado en la vida y la enseñanza de nuestros maestros y estudiantes.
Los profesores de nuestra institución están capacitados académicamente, pero aun mas importante son hombres y mujeres llenos del Espíritu de Dios y bajo el señoría de Cristo Jesús.
Pastor Julia Díaz, es la directora encargada de la institución, es maestra de educación primaria y egresada del Seminario Teológico Fuller con la Maestría en Divinidades.
Pastor Javier Díaz es pastor de la Iglesia Nuevo Horizonte por más de 15 anos.
Pastor Vanderley Pinto es pastor y maestro egresado del Seminario Teológico Fuller con una maestría en divinidades y preparando su Doctorado.
Pastor Elizabeth Pinto es egresada del Seminario Teológico Fuller, con una maestría en artes
Pastor Juan Sánchez es ministro de la Iglesia Nuevo Horizonte, su preparación académica la realizo en el Instituto Biblico Angelus y su ministerio es consejería pastoral a matrimonios
